AMANDA RAMIREZ~INSTRUCTOR

I am a licensed realtor, broker since 2006. I am originally from Big Spring Texas but my family moved to Deer Park Texas on job transfer for my father in 1988. In 1989, we moved to League City, where I’ve lived all of my adult life and graduated from Clear Creek High School. Before studying real estate, I attended the University of Houston where I majored in vocal performance and education. Some of my most memorable achievements include performing with the Houston Symphony and the Houston Grand Opera. I spent almost ten years teaching private voice and piano lessons. Music continues to be very much a passion of mine. Real estate became a second passion when I purchased my first home, a small condo. My experience in retail sales and management moved me to obtain my real estate license, because I enjoyed helping people. I spent my first several years in real estate practicing apartment locating and leasing before earning my broker’s license. Once I had acquired my broker’s license, I decided that I would like to move on to residential sales. Today, most of my interests continue in residential sales but my interest in real estate investment has also been piqued. I have always found gratitude in teaching. Throughout the years, I have continued to find ways to mentor others and help them be successful in all of their real estate endeavors. I am currently an instructor at San Jacinto College and have been teaching the core real estate classes there for three years. Before teaching at San Jac, I also taught the core real estate classes at College of the Mainland. As a mother, wife, and teacher, I have immeasurable life experience that guide me in appreciating all of my relationships. I believe these experiences have continued to help me in my professional development and I hope to continue to be a valuable resource to all of my clients, students and business partners.
