I am a graduate of the University of North Texas, with a degree in Business, blending my strong academic grounding with decades of top-tier customer service experience. My background as a United Airlines Flight Attendant, Inflight Instructor, and Evaluator adds exceptional clarity, patience, and real-world training skill to every classroom. I strive to teach with empathy, structure, and a forward‑thinking mindset, because the industry moves fast, and Agents deserve an Instructor who can keep up. I believe great Real Estate starts with great service, and I aim to set that tone from the first lesson to the final handshake.
