This class will help Texas Real Estate Agents recognize and manage issues that may arise when divorce intersects with a residential Real Estate transaction. Agents will learn how to identify transaction concerns involving ownership, financing, communication, title, decision-making and closing while understanding the limits of the Real Estate Agent’s role and when another professional should be involved.
