Team Member or Solo Agent – Which is Best for Me? #35865-RECE (3 Hours CE Credit)
In this class the Agent will learn the various ways in which they can practice Real Estate. We will discuss and review the pros and cons to each of the models. We will first discuss the role of the solo Agent at a brokerage as well as an independent Broker with no Agents. Next, we will review the different team models to include teams at a brokerage, and brokerages that run like a team. We will discuss and explore the different ways teams can be structured and analyze how the structure needs to have a leader that can lead. Last, we will explore the roles and responsibilities of the agents, the need for clear agreements and understanding of how it all plays in line with the policies of the broker and our fiduciary responsibility to the clients.
